This tender, lean meat gets its name from the ‘silverwall’ that covers its internal surface. It has a coarse grain texture and is best roasted in the oven with some liquid to keep it moist. Our 21 day Dry Aged Beef Silverside Steak is cut and packed by our Artisanal Butchers into 500g steaks
