Top Rump Stir Fry – 500 g

Beef strips are typically cut from a flank or skirt steak, though any cut can be trimmed and cut into uniform strips for stir fry or sauté. They cook very quickly and are therefore great for that quick meal for stir fries, soups, fajitas and are used in the ever popular ‘beef stroganoff’.
